- EFS Alabama Loan Program - Financing program available to Alabama homeowners for qualified energy efficient improvements.
Alaska

Arkansas
- EFS Arkansas Loan Program - Financing program available to Arkansas homeowners for qualified energy efficient improvements.
Georgia
- EFS Georgia Loan Program - Energy Finance Solutions is offering a loan program to Georgia homeowners. Homeowners may finance a number of energy efficient improvements for their home.
- Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® Loan Program - Southface Energy Institute is offering a loan program to help customers finance qualified energy efficient improvements to enhance the energy performance, durability, healthiness, and safety of their home. This program is currently available in the Atlanta area only.
Hawaii
- Energy SolutionsSM for the Home Loan Program - Solar water heating loan program for qualified residents of Oahu. Sponsored by Hawaiian Electric Company, Inc.
- Residential Efficient Water Heating Program - New solar water heating loan program for qualified residents of the big island of Hawaii. Sponsored by Hawaii Electric Light Company, Inc.
Kentucky
- Kentucky Loan Program - Energy Finance Solutions is currently offering a financing program for Kentucky homeowners. Homeowners may finance a number of various energy efficient measures such as heating and cooling equipment, insulation, windows and doors, and many more.
Massachusetts
- RISE Energy Loan Program - A low-interest loan program for Massachusetts homeowners who are working with RISE Engineering.
- EFS Massachusetts Loan Program - A loan program designed for the Massachusetts homeowner.
- Equipment Financing Program - New England Gas Company has partnered with EFS to offer a financing program to new and existing customers electing to install qualified natural gas equipment.
New Jersey
- Home Performance with ENERGY STAR - The New Jersey Clean Energy Program, the Board of Public Utilities, and select gas and electric utilities have partnered with EFS to offer a financing program available to most residents of New Jersey.
