The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) is currently offering a low interest rate loan program to homeowners for the installation of qualified energy efficient improvements. The New York Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® Loan Program is available to all residents of New York except customers of Long Island Power Authority (see map).
