EFS Programs
Illinois
The Illinois Energy Loan Program is designed to encourage the installation of high efficiency measures to increase the energy efficiency of your home. This program allows utility customers to pay for the investments through a monthly loan charge on their utility bill, and is available for residential properties in the Ameren Illinois, ComEd, Nicor Gas, Peoples Gas and North Shore Gas service areas.

Elizabethtown Gas Financing Programs - Financing offered to customers of Elizabethtown Gas, including incentives for installing approved central heating and water heating systems in their homes.
South Jersey Gas Financing Programs - Financing offered to residents of southern New Jersey including incentives for installing approved central heating and water heating systems in their homes.
New York
New York Financing for Energy Efficiency Projects - NYSERDA offers New York State residents two reduced-interest rate loan products to finance qualified residential energy efficiency improvements, as authorized by the Green Jobs-Green New York Act of 2009 and the Power NY Act of 2011.
New York Financing for Solar Projects - NYSERDA offers New York State residents two reduced-interest rate loan products to finance qualified PV and ST systems, as authorized by the Green Jobs-Green New York Act of 2009 and the Power NY Act of 2011.
PSEG Long Island Financing for Energy Efficiency Projects - PSEG Long Island customers may be eligible for incentives or financing for qualified Energy Efficiency projects. Incentives are made available through the PSEG Long Island Assisted Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® subsidy program. Two reduced-interest rate loan products are available through the Green Jobs-Green New York Act of 2009 and the Power NY Act of 2011.
